Looks like we got a little bit more. Snow tonight and tomorrow as a cold front comes sweeping in. I drove in last night from Ohio just ahead of the storm's edge. Makes for a beautiful sunset.
I've got to bring in my seedlings and secure the hoophut, as well as go try and get some hay and batten down the farm hatches, so to speak.
Storms are an interesting time, metaphorically speaking. If you are prepared there is nothing to do but rest and ride it out, but if you are unprepared then it's a time of constant concern and worry. Once the storm is over you can then take stock of what is damaged and faulty and needs replacing, as well as what might need another good shoring up.
